Minocycline is a broad-spectrum tetracycline antibiotic, and has a broader spectrum than the other members of the group. It is a bacteriostatic antibiotic, classified as a long-acting type. As a result of its long half-life it generally has serum levels 2–4 times that of the simple water-soluble tetracyclines (150 mg giving 16 times the activity levels compared with 250 mg of tetracycline at 24–48 hours).
Aldactone(Pironolactone, Abbolactone, Acelat, Aldace, Aldactazide, Aldactide, Alderon, Aldopur, Almatol, Altex, Aquareduct) is a diuretic that prevents potassium-sparing your body from absorbing too much salt, and helps the potassium levels from getting too low. Aldactone is used in the diagnosis or treatment of the condition where your body has too much aldosterone.

 

Doxycycline is used to treat bacterial infections, including pneumonia and other respiratory tract infections; Lyme disease; acne; infections of skin, genital, and urinary systems; and anthrax (after inhalational exposure). It is also used to prevent malaria. Doxycycline is in a class of medications called tetracycline antibiotics. It works by preventing the growth and spread of bacteria.
Escitalopram (trade names Anxiset-E (India) Lexapro, Cipralex, Seroplex, Lexamil, Lexam, Entact) is an antidepressant of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class. It is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of adults and children over 12 years of age with major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder.
